Make a privacy request
You can ask for access or a copy of your information, corrections, deletion, account closure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, or object to a use of your information. You can also withdraw consent for a use that depends on consent.
Email the address associated with your account or inquiry and describe your request. If it concerns a workspace, include its business name and your role. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment details or identity documents with your initial request.
Write a privacy request. This opens your email application; your request is sent only when you send the email. You can also copy the address above into your email service.
Requests are handled by our team. We may need to verify your identity or authority before providing records or changing an account. Applicable law and other people’s rights can limit what can be supplied or deleted. Ask us to explain any applicable limits. You may raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.
Customer and workspace information
If a business using EZwebdeals holds your information, contact that business about its customer records and communications. If you need help identifying the appropriate contact, email us. A workspace administrator should request assistance with records they manage for their business.
Inquiries and account emails
We use details you submit to respond to your request and help you set up your account. An inquiry or signup does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional emails. To object to marketing or withdraw consent, email us; necessary account, security and billing communications may still be required.
Billing and deletion are separate
To stop subscription renewal, use Billing or contact us if you cannot access it. A privacy request does not itself cancel billing, and cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your workspace. Tell us if you want both.
